NZ Cricket Store is an online cricket equipment retailer based in Palmerston North, New Zealand. We supply cricket equipment throughout New Zealand and to selected international destinations.

We stock and dispatch many products from New Zealand. For selected products, we also use direct supplier fulfilment, where an item may be dispatched directly from an approved overseas supplier.

NZ Cricket Store remains your point of contact for customer service, delivery enquiries, returns and order support regardless of where an item is dispatched from.

Order Processing

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be provided by email where tracking is available.

If we are unable to supply an ordered product, or become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

If we cannot supply the product within a reasonable timeframe, you may be offered the option to wait, select an alternative where agreed, or cancel the affected item for a refund.

New Zealand Delivery

For products dispatched within New Zealand, our standard estimated delivery timeframe is generally:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier network, rural or remote delivery, product availability and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The delivery estimate displayed on the product page, cart or checkout should be used as the applicable estimate for your order where one is provided.

Direct Supplier & Overseas Fulfilment

Selected products may be dispatched directly from an approved overseas supplier.

For these products, the dispatch location or relevant fulfilment information is provided on the product page where applicable.

Products dispatched directly from an overseas supplier generally have an estimated delivery timeframe of:

5–15 working days

unless a different estimated timeframe is displayed on the product page, cart or checkout.

International transit times can occasionally be affected by customs processing, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

NZ Cricket Store remains responsible for assisting you with your order and remains your point of contact if you have any questions about a supplier-fulfilled order.

Custom & Special-Order Products

Customised, personalised, pre-order or special-order products may require additional processing time.

Some custom products may take up to:

30 working days

Where a different timeframe applies, we will aim to make this clear in the product information or during the ordering process.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

You will be able to review the total order cost, including applicable shipping charges, before placing your order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on factors such as the delivery destination, product size or weight, rural delivery requirements and the shipping service selected.

Additional shipping conditions or charges may apply to large, heavy or oversized products. Where applicable, these will be communicated before the order is completed or we will contact you before proceeding if further confirmation is required.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will normally be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving the dispatch notification for the courier's tracking system to update.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

If an order cannot be supplied or delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so that we can discuss the available options, which may include cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this Delivery Information policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images accurately represent the products offered for sale.

Product images are intended to accurately represent the item. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturer updates or the natural characteristics of materials.

For cricket bats made from natural willow, individual bats may naturally vary in grain pattern, appearance, weight distribution and cosmetic finish. The advertised brand, model, grade, size and specifications will correspond to the product ordered.

We will not substitute a materially different product without informing you and obtaining your agreement.

Christmas & Peak-Period Delivery

Our current Christmas order cut-off is:

12 December 2026

Orders placed after this date may still be dispatched, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

During Christmas, major sales events and other peak courier periods, delivery may take longer than the normal estimated timeframe.
