The workshop covers new-bat preparation and used-bat repair work, including knocking-in, facing, toe guards, sanding and polishing, refurbishment, crack repair, handle work, rebalancing and weight reduction.
New cricket bat preparation
For new natural willow bats, our knocking-in service progressively prepares the face and edges for hard-ball use. Clear protective facing is included with the current knocking service.
Repairs and refurbishment
For used bats, choose Full Cricket Bat Refurbishment for a complete workshop refresh, or select individual services such as crack repair, toe guard fitting, facing, sanding and polishing.
Handle, weight and balance work
We also offer handle replacement, handle reshaping, handle re-binding, bat rebalancing and weight reduction. These services depend on the condition and construction of the bat, so exact outcomes can vary.
