Frequently asked questions

Is this the Pro version?

Yes. It is the DC 700i Pro in adult Short Handle, not the DC 700i Max.

Is the willow English willow?

Yes. The supplier lists selected English willow for this model. Natural appearance and grain count vary between individual bats.

What is the handle shape?

The supplier identifies a round cane handle with six-piece construction.

Can I request the weight of the actual bat?

Yes, contact NZ Cricket Store before ordering. The 1,160–1,220 g supplier range is a guide, not confirmation of a particular bat's measured weight.

Are these current-stock photographs?

The gallery uses manufacturer model photographs, not photos of the individual bat allocated to your order. Natural willow, grip and graphic details can vary by batch. Request current-stock photos before buying for a specific preference.

Does it need knocking in?

Follow the manufacturer's guidance and confirm any additional bat-preparation service before use. It should not be assumed to be match-ready.

Is the padded cover included?

Yes, a padded full-length cover is included.

Where do I check delivery timing?

Use the fulfilment and delivery estimates displayed on this page. Extra preparation services may extend dispatch time.

Who provides after-sales assistance?

Care and common questions

How should I care for this product?

Follow the bat manufacturer’s oiling, knocking-in and storage instructions. Introduce natural-willow bats gradually to hard-ball use; a workshop service does not guarantee immediate match readiness. Avoid excessive oil, damp storage and direct heat. Check face, edges and toe after play.

How do I choose the right size?

Choose pickup, not just appearance.
